Intern

Kourtney Gray, Intern

Hi, my name is Kourtney Gray and I am a student with Liberty University studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My Bachelor of Arts degree is in English from the University of Arkansas Little Rock – I minored in Professional and Technical Writing. I am an avid student of the human mind and love learning new techniques, specifically dealing with marriage and family therapy. On that note, this semester I became a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator. My journey with Liberty University has been excellent – I was able to visit the beautiful campus in Lynchburg, Virginia to do onsite intensive classes and meet some inspiring PhD professors working on attachment theory.

I have three gorgeous boys, two spirited male cats, and a fabulous, hard-working husband – so I am the lone woman full of love, affection, and compassion for my boys. As a therapist, I want to continue to show warmth, kindness, and caring for any and all clients I meet. I’d love to counsel families and couples in need of improved connection, communication, and understanding – I truly feel any individual, couple, or family could benefit from therapy.
