What to Expect

During your first call, you will speak to our receptionist who will ask you some basic questions and gather your insurance information. After everything is confirmed and verified, we will call you back to explain what your insurance will cover and schedule your first appointment.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. During your first appointment we would love to get to know you, discuss the reasons you would like to start therapy, what you hope to gain, and explore how we can help. We work hard to build a safe, comfortable environment, where you can be yourself and come just as you are.

After your first session, if you feel that we are a good fit for you, we will work together to come up with a session plan that works best for you and your schedule.
